Question says it all. There are instructions for Ubuntu on Intel's
site but I couldn't find much information for Fedora.
Intel suggests to install following packages on Ubuntu
sudo apt-get install qemu-kvm libvirt-bin ubuntu-vm-builder bridge-utils
http://developer.android.com/tools/devices/emulator.html#acceleration
https://software.intel.com/en-us/blogs/2012/03/12/how-to-start-intel-hardware-assisted-virtualization-hypervisor-on-linux-to-speed-up-intel-android-x86-gingerbread-emulator
